Saturday, March 17—The menu includes: ham, beans, cole slaw, potato salad, deviled eggs, freshly baked homemade rolls, and maple sugar on snow with the traditional pickle and homemade doughnuts. Seatings are at 4:30, 5:45, and 7 p.m. Adults $10, 11 and under $5, preschoolers $3.
Women's Spiritual Retreat

LEGAL WARNING TO THE MEMBERS OF THE GUILFORD COMMUNITY CHURCH, UCC, GUILFORD, VT
The Annual Meeting of the Guilford Community Church, United Church of Christ, will be held in the Sanctuary of the church on Sunday, November 13, 2011, after the morning service, to set upon the following business:
ARTICLE 1. To elect officers and committees for the ensuing year as required by the By-Laws of the Church.
ARTICLE 2. To adopt a budget for the calendar year as proposed by the Finance Committee.
ARTICLE 3. To conduct any other business that may legally come before the membership.

Choir concert Oct. 22
This Saturday, the choir performs such favorites as City of Heaven, Great Trees, Let the Life I Lead Speak for Me, and others. Join us at 7:30 for an evening of musical pleasure.
2011 Fall Pie Sale
If you had seen the Guilford Church kitchen on Thursday morning, October 6, you would never have believed that, by Saturday morning, there would be over 150 pies ready to sell. The women of the church stepped up to roll pie crusts, peel apples, make baked beans, and fill all those pie shells, bringing in over $1700 for the work of the church.
