A specially called meeting of the Guilford Community Church, United Church
of Christ,
was held on Sunday, December 11, 2011 in the Sanctuary immediately
following the service
to set upon the following business:
ARTICLE 1: To approve a withdrawal of up to $5,000 from the Guilford
Community Church Endowment
in order to erase the deficit that is expected to occur at the close of the
2011 fiscal year.
ARTICLE 2: To conduct any other business that may legally come before the
membership
Article 1 passed. There was no other business.
